Hand Tools
2015

Set of kitchen tools that reduces the distance characterizing the current preparation of food, acting as a bridge between food and our hands.

The physical contact gets back in our relation with food, reconnection with the food materiality and its preparation. After the appearance of technology in our kitchens filling them with machines that works for us and save us time and energy for a high quality final product, a distance between us and the material of food has been growing. Hand tools ‘forced’ us to makes our hands dirty and to touch what are we about to eat.
